I finally added default recent task dialog as an option for long press home key in this version. It is not enabled by default because there are lots of non Google compliant devices running with Button Savior such as Kindle Fire and Nook Color. So if you want to enable the use of native Android recent task dialog, please go to setting and enable it. It works with ICS and Honeycomb too!

I finally found an efficient to auto correct corrupted database. So user with duplicate app icon entries, missing apps, or having icons of app already uninstalled, should now be able to correct this situation by pressing Refresh button. In case you don’t know where to find it, refresh Button is the third one from left on toolbox panel.

Today, I published a version, V1.3.1, mainly for fixing issues related to the new Hide On Click introduced in V1.3.0. So if you observed any weird issues only in 1.3.0, then all of them are fixed here.

 Button Savior is a great tool for replacing hardware buttons. But there are also people who just want to use it for one action and don’t need want to click on trigger icon, and then click one the only one action they need. So in V1.3, I added a feature which allow users to set an action for trigger icon when there is only one button selected in button reordering setting. This new features further expands the usage of Button Savior to next level. Originally, it is just designed to replace hardware button. Now with this feature, it an be configured as screen off widget, quick task switcher widget .. and etc.
